Minimum qualifications: + Experience leading technical teams in a people manager/team lead/ tech lead capacity. + Technical customer facing experience (e.g., consulting, project management, sales, implementation, technical sales). + Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP. + Experience with projects or partnerships that involve API integrations and Solution design. Preferred qualifications: + Experience with UI/UX concepts. + Experience in Agile frameworks and web technologies. + Experience working with Engineering/Product Teams for product integrations and solutions will be a great advantage. + Knowledgeable about key trends in the digital ads products and its various use cases on advertiser segments. + Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously. Technical Partner Managers enable our partners to launch Google Ads platforms across scaled customer bases. As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of Technical Partner Managers. You will be responsible for working with partners to support early product and solution design and advise partners as they build custom advertising solutions. You will work in a technical consultative capacity with our partners to identify product and technical challenges, provide guidance and solutions, and establish development and integration roadmap. You will integrate with various technical teams of our partners, including C-level executives, product and engineering managers, and developers. You will also liaise internally with other specialist product and API teams. Our partners around the globe allow us to offer advertising solutions at scale to millions of long-tail, small and medium sized business advertisers. Product development and technology is core to the success of many of these partners. You have the ability to understand the current and future Google Ads product in depth, and able to merge that knowledge with the partners core strengths to develop an innovative ad-tech solution that delivers desired results. The combination of your effective product knowledge along with software development skills, detailed knowledge of web technologies and the Ads and Analytics APIs are key to working with engineering and sales teams to create custom solutions for our partners that can efficiently perform for thousands of advertisers The Channel Sales team is the strategic partnership arm of Google Customer Solutions (GCS). Our mission is to help small and medium-sized businesses be successful using Google's advertising solutions. We work with a select group of technology-led partners who drive scale and growth in Google Ads. Members of this team gain broad exposure to many Google products and teams as we're identifying and implementing solutions that best suit the unique needs of channel partners and their SMB customers. Channel Sales has the capability to create a long-lasting relationship with our partners, reach millions of SMBs, drive our strategic product priorities and accelerate our business. + Leverage the latest Google Ad solutions and partners' unique cases to ideate, and devise solutions strategies. + Work with partners' product and engineering teams to deliver on product roadmaps. Solve complexities around product and solution design and tech integrations. + Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering. + Lead a team of technical partner managers to build solution designs and architectures for partners that can be scaled to thousands of advertisers. + Provide thought leadership around products and verticals and build scalable playbooks.
