Requirements The Product Development Coordinator will support the Product Development Manager from concept through the development and production process. You will be an integral part of the supply chain process, bringing bespoke products to the retail market place as well as the procurement of products to our hospitality sector. With the support of the PD Manager you will lead the internal roadmap and strategy, coordinating the execution of new products from brief through to delivery. You will help to build and manage a high-performing supply chain, bringing brand vision and new concepts to life. Key responsibilities and accountabilities With the support of the PD Manager, build and manage a robust supplier base across Europe and Asia to deliver both retail and procurement strategies Work closely with Design to ensure all brief intentions are understood to deliver a high-quality product and maintain the concept direction. Own end-to-end product development with the support of an Assistant Coordinator; timely distribution of seasonal and specific house briefs to supply base, pricing and margin tracking, compliance. Lead weekly design and production meetings and all sample inspections, ensuring all product comments and approvals are promptly issued to suppliers Partner cross-functionally with all teams to ensure brand and strategy alignment Travel to visit partners in Europe and Asia when required Manage and develop an Assistant Coordinator What you will bring The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing product for the retail and/or hospitality sectors. A resourceful multi-tasker with keen attention to detail with the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
