Key responsibilities and accountabilities * Provide day to day administration and product development support to the Furniture PD team * Professionally communicate via email and in person with suppliers, design team, wider PD team and buying team members * Attend weekly design and production meetings and final sample inspections, recording all comments and preparing feedback for suppliers * Manage and maintain an accurate line detail, including costing, lead times and item attributes * Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks when needed * Responsible for keeping all swatch libraries up to date and organized * Locate and distribute any incoming sample packages sent from vendor to appropriate person(s) * Sample management from shipment through delivery and general organisation/storage * Proactively manage customer service queries to drive the best resolution, with the support of the PD Coordinator What you will bring The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in product development and the procurement of products, multi task between various projects and seasonal assortments, have problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail as well as the ability to deliver within tight deadlines. * Enthusiastic with an eagerness to learn and develop * Strong attention to detail * Adaptable and diligent * Passion for product * Happy to provide administrative support to the team * Ability to work as part of a team or individually * Problem solving and willingness to be part of the solution * Interpersonal skills, communicating effectively and in a clear and concise manner * Project and time management skills * Good Excel and Powerpoint skills Benefits The good stuff... * Soho House Membership * Office treats * Networking event calendar for employees * Cookhouse & House Tonic (celebrating our passion for food.
