Job Purpose The Liquidity Management team is a newly created team that sits within Global Operations and is responsible for all aspects of Liquidity Management across Alcentra' s Open Ended funds spanning across Senior Loans, Structured Credit, Special Situations, High Yield and Multi-Credit Strategy strategies . The Liquidity Management team is responsible for hedging billions of dollars of FX risk across Alcentra's platform. Additionally the team manages relationships with Alcentra's key hedging providers, is responsible for onboarding new funds and counterparties and drives ISDA negotiation. The team also monitors potential trigger events, oversees collateral management, facilitates movements between accounts, monitors trade settlements and subscriptions and redemptions. Key Responsibilities Raising/Executing FX Swaps/Forwards/Spots using Alcentra' s OMS(Everest) and FX Execution Platform(FX All) Monitoring daily cash balances Working closely with the Head of Liquidity Management and other internal departments including Portfolio Management, Risk, Legal and Compliance. Working with external hedging counterparties trading desks and external risk and compliance departments Overseeing Collateral Management and cash balances sourced from Alcentra's outsourced back office provider. Overseeing subscriptions and redemptions across Alcentra's funds. Assisting in ISDA onboarding process and due diligence requests. Assisting in internal requests from Investor Relations, Portfolio Management, Risk & Compliance Assisting in compiling team procedures and process enhancements. Our expectation is that people will bring: Excellence Client Drive Accountability Efficient Decision Making Experience and qualifications required: Minimum 2:1 Degree. Experience of FX Hedging (either on the buy side or sell side). Experience of dealing with complex fund ranges and financial instruments (experience of Credit preferred). Evidence of interest in or further finance related qualifications (e.g. CFA) Experience of working under pressure/ to tight deadlines.
