Job Description

Summary of Role: Responsible for developing key relationships with Decision Makers within the regional market place. Consultatively managing key accounts to maximise revenue and profit opportunities, while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction with both new and existing clients. This regional role is home based. Key Responsibilities: Performance Delivery: * Maximising revenue streams through customer development and in conjunction with the commercial manager and business relationship manager. Development of the business and territory through strategic planning and implementation to set deadlines * Grow Key Account business in line with set revenue and new business targets * To make and attend the required number of weekly/monthly appointments. All appointments need to have a valid business reason. * Setting and achieving individual KPI's and goals within weekly & monthly 1:1 meeting with the Commercial Manager * Pro-actively source new business leads * Ensure all reports are completed in a professional manner (by the deadline set) * Attend and participate in daily, weekly & monthly performance conversations with the regional commercial manager and business relationship manager. * Ensure all performance conversations are documented as appropriate. * Adhere to our department standards at all times * Pipeline Management - ensure that your territory pipeline is managed according to London Direct Sales Best Practice Customer Focus: * Use the consultative sales process to understand your customer's business and needs in order to sell the best product mix to them. * Develop further and create new relationships both client and agency through agreed lists (agreed with BRM'S/Regional Manager) * Attend relevant meetings and industry events when appropriate * Ensure all customer conversations are documented on the Salesforce CRM system using the London Direct Sales best practice guidelines * Ensure all advertisement bookings and proposals are documented on the Salesforce CRM system using the Direct Sales best practice guidelines People & Culture * To take full responsibility for your on-going learning needs and development in partnership with the Talent Team and your Category Manager * To assist & support colleagues and provide cover as required * To liaise with Account Executives as and when appropriate.
