Job Description Turnitin is seeking to hire a Team Lead, Account Management to work with existing customers and manage a team of seven Senior and Inside Account Managers in the EMEA Region. This role is heavily focussed towards sales leadership and coaching, process management and enabling the team to grow and retain customers in the education space across Europe and UK&I. You will help grow the skills and abilities of your team through effective training, coaching and performance management. You will support the Account Managers in setting up and executing their account plans, ensuring they are continuously expanding their customer relationships, maximising their sphere of influence within each institution to ensure they are seen as trusted advisors. To be successful in this role you will deliver on the planned objectives for the EMEA region to grow the book of business, increase usage of our software solutions and increase customer retention. This will be achieved through effective management and delivery of the renewal process and activity plans to ensure proactive and timely renewal communication with customers; ensuring maximum renewal of customer contracts.
