Job Description As Field Account Manager your are the defacto business owner of a defined Book of Business. Your objective is to maximise the growth of a portfolio of strategic customers in the Higher Education segment. You will identify opportunities to add value and grow your accounts and you will take action on utilizing these opportunities. You will identify risks and take action on mitigating these risks. * Develop and maintain effective growth strategies and account plans for each account to maximise the growth and minimize churn of your portfolio. * Drive adoption of Turnitins software across your customers, identifying any low usage accounts and work with the customer and the Professional Education Services team to drive adoption and usage. * Identify and close Cross - Sell and Upsell opportunities within your account base, build plans to utilize these opportunities and take action on these opportunities. * Act as a trusted advisor and maintain an effective contact strategy expanding your sphere of influence across roles, faculties and departments within each institution * Identify any 'At Risk' accounts, flagging them to management and manage clearly actionable at risk plans to mitigate that risk * Proactively add value to the Turnitin - Customer relationship by establishing yourself as a thought leader and trusted advisor for your customers * Provide accurate, complete and timely forecasting and reporting * Gain and maintain complete knowledge of the functionality of our products and services * Gain and maintain deep relevant knowledge of the EdTech industry that will allow you to act as a thought leader * Collaborate constructively within the Turnitin organization in order to ensure optimal services to and support of your customers Qualifications * Fluency in English and one other European language * Qualified to degree level * In-depth knowledge of and experience with Higher Education institutions * Eager to make a difference for education * 2-3 years of commercial role experience * Excellent listening skills * Strong Negotiation skills * Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders * Excellent problem solving and time management skills * A self starter * Motivated and passionate personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment * A passion for higher education Additional Information * A smart, fun, and casual environment where you can learn from and teach others. * A great mission -- you will be involved in building a distinct and recognizable global brand identity in the education market Qualifications: Fluency in English and one other European language Qualified to degree level In-depth knowledge of and experience with Higher Education institutions Eager to make a difference for education 2-3 years of commercial role experience Excellent listening skills Strong Negotiation skills Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders Excellent problem solving and time management skills A self starter Motivated and passionate personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment A passion for higher education Responsibilities: As Field Account Manager your are the defacto business owner of a defined Book of Business.
