The Role - Your Focus and Contribution As the Tenancy Care Account Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of tenancy administration and property compliance. You will work closely with the Enquiries, Viewings and Bookings Account Manager and guided by your Senior Account Manager who will delegate tasks accordingly. You will be customer facing and ensure that all the tenants within your portfolio experience the highest level of care and customer service to ensure they have a happy living experience with X1. What you will bring We want a highly organised individual, with an eye for detail, great self management skills, someone is proud of what they do and has a people friendly personality. Essential requirements · Experience of working within the lettings or property sector .Ability to think and plan ahead · Getting things done - extremely strong at planning and organising · Strong customer focus and excellent relationship management skills · Quality and standards. Professionalism in both attitude and personal presentation · Ability to communicate with excellence · Passion, energy and confidence · Full clean UK driving licence desirable · ARLA qualified or willing to study towards Where you will be based You will be based in our Liverpool City Centre Office. You will travel to other locations from time to time for meetings, conferences, awards and development days. Department: Lettings Contract type: Permanent Hours: 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday Salary: Competitive salary plus a lucrative bonus scheme Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and an investment in your on-going training and development.
