Overview
Role: Sales and Lettings Manager Location: Liverpool, Merseyside Salary: £25,000 basic with OTE of £35K Hours: 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 4pm) Our client, an estate agency based in Liverpool, currently has the requirement for a Sales and Lettings Manager to join their existing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage resources to achieve budgeted branch income Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical and administrative Ensure all company administrative lettings and sales systems are implemented and managed to company standard To monitor key branch performance measures To ensure all direct reports are developed to improve job related skills and knowledge Work with the property management and renewals department to ensure effective maintenance of tenancies To understand the companies values and implement them positively each day To attract Landlords and applicants To let properties and additional services at the agreed targets Always ensure high quality customer care at all times List an agreed volume to let Ensure an agreed prospecting plan is delivered Preparation of comparable for suitable reports Conduct morning meeting Develop business in designated areas Skills and Experience: Good knowledge of the Sales and Lettings processes Good IT systems knowledge Knowledge of the local area and competition Previous experience working in a similar role within estate agency This vacancy is being managed by Luke Bodington at Spear Recruitment Ltd Spear Recruitment Ltd is an Employment Agency acting as such under the Employment Act 2008 and Employment Agencies Act 1973.
