X1 Lettings Liverpool - Part Time Evening and Weekend Account Manager X1 Lettings are currently seeking a part time Evening and Weekend member of staff for 15 hours per week in our city centre Liverpool Branch. For more information on X1 please visit our website www.x1lettings.com Who are we looking for? · A team player · Enthusiasm · Excellent communication & people skills, friendly attitude · Strong work ethic · Outgoing and Confident · Organised You will be representing X1 Lettings after the hours of 5pm and during the weekend, therefore the role of Evening and Weekend staff is crucial to our business, you will need to be confident and able to work well with minimal supervision. Experience in lettings and a passion for property is desired. Your principle responsibilities will include; responding to tenant enquiries via phone and email, booking and conducting on site property viewings, general day to day queries and ensuring customer service is provided to the highest level. In return you will be joining a vibrant team within a rapidly growing company. This is a great role if you are looking to develop a career within the property industry and work for an award winning letting agency. A Full UK driving license is essential. Contract: Permanent, part time Salary : £8.21 per hour, plus lucrative quarterly commission scheme Hours per week: 15 Location: Liverpool Required working hours : Tuesday - 5pm - 8pm Wednesday - 5pm - 8pm Thursday 5pm - 8pm Saturday 10am - 4pm
