Job Description

Change, Grow, Live are the provider of the Integrated Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services in Cheshire East, delivering recovery focussed community based services supporting adults and young people in Cheshire East to safely reduce or stop using drugs or alcohol and aims to provide high quality recovery asset based resource for individuals, family members and communities. We are recruiting for an administrator to support the teams within the Cheshire East area, Based in our Crewe Hub Requirements The candidate will be an enthusiastic and passionate individuals committed so supporting service users, families and communities. To provide effective general and prescription administration across the service. The post-holder will offer organisational, administrative and clerical services to the team, designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives. The post-holder will be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required and work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. This will include some evening and weekend working. The post-holder will be expected to take responsibility for personal development, identifying personal training needs and participate in regular supervision and appraisal. Candidates should have experience of working within a busy environment and have a flexible and conscientious working approach. The post holder will also have excellent communication and organisational skills.
