Overview

Office Administrator / Call Handler required. We are recruiting for an administrator & call handler to support a busy department, based in the Crewe area. Duties will include; - General administration - Entering & retrieving information from a database - Contacting customers and other departments by telephone - Taking incoming calls and routing to the appropriate contact / department Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment is ideal for this role however full training will be provided. The successful candidate must possess a confident telephone manner. The hours are working Monday to Friday on days. Immediate starts available subject to successful interview.
