We are looking for an EMEA Operations Leader to work with our expert Customer Service team of 200 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Customer Service? What you'll do + Lead collaboration for EMEA Customer Service with Commercial and Supply Chain/S&OP teams on prioritization activities, calibrating requests across the region, representing EMEA in prioritization decisions and communicating outcomes to stakeholders across the Commercial organisation + Enable productivity and outcomes of Commercial Sales (Account Management, Modality, Global Account Executives, etc.) through improved operational interaction with Customer Service teams, translating Commercial strategic imperatives into the EMEA Customer Service organisation + Improve the customer experience by proactively identifying, prioritizing and solving customer challenges across the EMEA region + Reduce customer and internal effort through collaboration across teams - including Security of Supply, Account Managers, Modalities, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Service and Commercial Excellence teams + Continuously improve communication operating mechanisms, data reports and metrics to support key business initiatives; collaborate with the Commercial team to identify sales support needs, challenges and gaps to enable desired business & customer outcomes, and improved order management Who you are + You have strong analytical capabilities + You are experienced at stakeholder management, using appropriate level and type of communication + You have an ability to arbitrate challenging conversations for preferred customer and overall business outcomes and have demonstrable experience of delivering positive results in a matrix environment + You are collaborative with an understanding of Customer Service, Supply Chain and Commercial processes + You're able to think strategically and act tactically; you may have strategic planning experience + You will have experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Commercial and/or Customer Service + You have a proven ability to adapt and a growth mindset Who we are Whatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work.
