Our network includes 2,400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20,000 students. Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, UK and beyond. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: This role is responsible for ensuring effective local area marketing through event management, content creation, localization and digital targeting. Event Management + End-to-end management of physical and online events and local area marketing initiatives, including: + Booking venues, speakers and videographers and negotiating rates as appropriate. + Creating and managing all Eventbrites, ensuring timely and effective communication with registrants before and after events. + Producing compelling, market-specific copy for Eventbrite. + Preparing appropriate marketing materials for all events and planning and ordering promotional items. + Maintaining a presence at events, along with the wider team. Digital Marketing Support + Conversant and creative content writing to promote events and services, in liaison with Marketing Manager and digital team. + Support in localising global campaigns and other marketing materials as necessary. + Support in the execution of effective email campaigns and newsletter and report on performance. + Proactively support the Marketing Manager on the delivery of marketing plan activities. + Work with wider marketing teams to create messaging, assets, and branding that successfully engage target UK audiences. + Generating new marketing ideas and initiatives. Partner Management Support + Support in keeping the partner database updated. + Conduct telephone and/or email outreach as requested. YOU MIGHT BE THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU HAVE: + 1-3 years' experience working in a marketing capacity. + Good understanding of the functions of digital marketing. + Previous experience successfully launching Facebook and Google marketing campaigns. + Outstanding written English skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work at pace to get things done. + Proven high level of organisational skill. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to productively and efficiently collaborate with teams remotely. + Strong familiarity with UK school and university landscape. + Basic understanding of the UK and US university admissions process.
