Job Title Project Manager (Change / Project Management) Location: London Experience: 10+ years Job Duties: The Project Manager will require working as part of an investment bank's change/project management team and will be responsible for work with the Business SMEs to understand the business problem provided in the business requirements in area of traded market risk (FRTB). Key responsibilities include: Responsible for business processes re-engineering, controls and data mapping. Support design, development and testing activities within the project team. Working in partnership with key stakeholders (including quants, data teams and business managers) to monitor and track different projects (or work streams) that are running concurrently and at different stages of their project lifecycle delivery. Understand stakeholder needs and communicate to all stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Ensure compliance with all internal control standards and external regulatory requirements Leading working groups with diverse business stakeholders to ensure project priorities are successfully met. Ownership of entire project delivery lifecycle Take responsibility for timely resolution of emerging issues and requirements. Facilitate issue resolution to ensure release schedule remains on track and functional issues are solved through appropriate solutions Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering/Maths discipline. Professional qualification (e.g. MBA, CQF, risk certification) preferred Skills Required: Comprehensive experience in change management/ risk infrastructure preferably FRTB, Market Risk, Var, Basel. Able to document both current and target operating models Expert in collecting and writing business requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy and timeliness of delivery Pro-active, highly adaptable with a can-do attitude Independent and able to work with little supervision Able to support and/or run testing cycle to completion Working knowledge of various traded risk/market risk models and the underlying data requirements Effective stakeholder management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Financial Services experience in market risk preferably within Investment Banking environment.
