As Digital Marketing Executive you will own the companys online presence, digital identity and identify opportunities for audience growth and digital performance. This role is instrumental in the success of marketing team and is responsible for planning and measuring marketing KPIs which supports business objectives; including new customer acquisition & increasing user retention. As owner of digital marketing, the role will lead digital analytics, data segmentation, KPI reporting, optimisation and lead generation strategies. The Digital Marketing Executive will have experience of inbound marketing techniques as well as running lead and demand generation campaigns that deliver results. The role will also take responsibility over the online customer journey and brand presence in the digital space. A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail will be essential to success in the role. Working alongside international, regional teams across disciplines, the role requires the ability to build effective relationships with individuals across all levels of an organisation. The role is multi-disciplinary, collaborative and fast-paced in nature and to achieve results the Digital Marketing Executive should be efficient, highly organised and process-driven. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role you will: * Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns * Manage and maintain the organisations website(s) * Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports * Produce campaign and monthly marketing activity reports for presentation/visibility of wider team and senior leadership and provide recommendations to reduce CPA and increase ROI * Create online adverts across various platforms/channels/partners and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management. * Provide data-driven insights into online user behaviour and map out customer journeys to support the optimisation of an inbound marketing strategy. * Proactively identify growth opportunities and drive on-going improvements to increase the online conversion rate and enhance the customer experience. * Be responsible for running and optimising lead and demand generation including paid, outbound and inbound campaigns and channels. * Work with the Marketing Team Coordinator to execute automated inbound bound marketing using workflows, personas and personalisation. This will be a process of constant evolution using data tracking to optimise and direct improvements. * Work with regional/global teams on digital asset production such as landing pages, email templates, email banners, social imagery and web content. * Collaborate with the International and regional teams on new projects, optimisation (A/B and/or multivariate testing) and personalisation activities, identifying anomalies and providing insights on specific aspects of the website and marketing automation operations to optimise the customer journey. * Own and develop online customer review process, systems & tools. * Perform routine market/competitor analysis to develop a clear understanding of our industry and competitors. * Co-own our library of brand assets Globally and ensure any design output from the EMEA region is within brand guidelines * Design and edit assets to support annual marketing campaign strategy and sales collateral e.g. email banners, social imagery, digital flyers * Collaborate with the Marketing Team Coordinator to produce high quality and engaging content such as webinars, articles and case studies bringing the brand to life. * Provide support across departments on new or existing website updates, optimisations and management and maintenance of content. * Work alongside Marketing Team Coordinator and Sales Manager to ensure new and existing business sales teams are briefed on campaigns and marketing process for campaign tracking and lead follow up. * Drive your own self learning to identi
