Charge Nurse - Ophthalmology Outpatients
Overview
Job Description
You will provide clinical leadership and expertise to all nursing staff. You will be responsible for recruitment, supervision of staff and their ongoing development. You will require to work closely with all other members of the multidisciplinary team within Ophthalmology and external agencies, as well as the Senior Management Team. You should be educated to degree level or working towards. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC and you should also have relevant experience at Band 6 level and having experience of working within Ophthalmology is essential. The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday.
