Five years ago, we brought together doctors, data-scientists and digital experts to create a new type of health app. One where anyone in the world could find personalised, medically-approved guidance, tools and support to help them feel better and stay healthy. Role In a new period of growth, Your.MD is looking for an experienced Head of Data Analytics & Insights that will structure and document a commercial Data roadmap. The new Head of Data Analytics & Insights will play a fundamental role in further underpinning our position in the market by providing actionable insights & business intelligence to the business with the wealth of data at its disposal. Working with the Leadership Team to design, deliver and support the implementation of our data capability, responsible for the extraction of insights to support each department in the company, building a team of BA insights. Role * The supervision of the data analytics team, build a team of 5 * Be able to monetize data opportunities/trends and to drive these to deliverable value * Develop strong capability to implement data led thinking into all aspects of the organisation. * Providing a data warehouse that delivers 99% of service to business consumers at agreed KPIs * Build out and communicate a practical data roadmap, prioritising highest value lowest effort improvements * Supporting other business functions to enable them to maximise the effectiveness of data and analytics for Your.MD to become a 100% data driven organisation. * This is not a technical Data Scientist or AI role, we have a very strong Data Scientist Lead and technical team. Requirements * A commercially/revenue minded and strategic Data Analytics & Insights lead. * Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Architecture and Business Intelligence * Experience creating dashboards * Have a strong track record of data organisation, design, build and control of team and capability. * Be an inspiring leader managing and mentoring a team of data analytics experts. With a demonstrable track record of leading similar functions * Able to deliver core data needs of sales, marketing and product functions from an influencing role. * Have proven experience in delivering a robust data and metrics strategy across multiple product teams * Be an advocate of data democratisation across teams and able to show case studies where their data strategy has led to a direct impact on retention, user engagement and activation in the product * Show examples of success across the various phases of the product and product/marketing lifecycle (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral) * Experience with mobile apps iOS / Android * Amplitude / Airship experience ideal * Any marketplace experience is a huge bonus * Demonstrate proven ability to scale a data strategy across multiple endpoints and teams Benefits * An exceptional opportunity to participate in the burgeoning digital health industry aiming to positively impact large numbers of people around the world both where the wait to see a doctor is too long, or those with poor or no healthcare * Work at the forefront of artificial intelligence (AI) development * A competitive remuneration package including stock options, flexible working, gym subscription, and other benefits We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
