We are looking for a talented Senior EU Program Manager Business Analytics to help manage our ever-growing data & reporting needs and drive analytics of an increasingly complex business related to Workforce staffing (WFS) across the EU. The Sr. PM will lead Business Analysts and Program Managers to map out current reporting, planning and forecasting processes, enhance and drive analytics across WFS and develop a scalable operational business model. Furthermore, the Sr. PM will be able to drive his team to effectively retrieve, integrate, visualize and present critical data to improve the efficiency of WFS, and enable efficient management of a large scale hiring operation. You will work with technical and business teams to optimize planning, execution, process improvement and track progress against goals. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen and comfort with technical teams and systems. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and enjoy working with large scale of data. Main Responsibilities: Managing cross-functional business activities across several geographies in EU; Managing others, developing exceptional talent, and encouraging your team to challenge assumptions, Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet our goals. Can think big and develop and nurture new ideas, while simultaneously apply high standards to weed out ideas that are less impactful Is comfortable collaborating and influencing team members, working with development teams and other business groups, and presenting projects to senior leadership on a regular basis Will compile, manage and report on weekly project metrics and be responsible for leading many high profile meetings to align on project requirements Identify and build relationships with stakeholders across the organization Play with data, explore options, and identify successful analytical solutions to address complex problems Is smart, hard-working and creative person who loves solving difficult business problems and loves 'getting things done'
