Job Description

As Rapha continues to evolve process and refine ways of working, an entry level administrative position has become available within the Supply Chain team, to support the Sourcing & Production Leads. The Supply Chain team at Rapha work towards the on-time delivery of stock, to the highest quality, at the right price, in line with business objectives. They are also responsible for developing and maintain excellent relationships with external suppliers. This is a central function which interacts with all aspects of the business, from customer services and finance to product design and marketing. THE ROLE * Update weekly supply chain reports on key performance indicators, and refresh product development tracker ahead of weekly product cross functional meetings. * Monitor and maintain accurate data within the production management software tool, including the raising of stock purchase orders and marketing purchase orders, updating cost prices, supplier holidays and shipment information. * Update product lifecycle management tool with fabric consumptions and work with product development to update incorrect bill of materials ahead of costing reviews and raw material booking deadlines. * Troubleshoot and resolve day to day supplier queries and issues. * Chase social audit reports from suppliers and maintain accurate information on supplier dashboards for internal review. * Support the Logistics team in the creation of shipment data within the system. * Chase supplier invoices as required for both stock and marketing purchase orders and troubleshoot any discrepancies in costing. * Attend weekly category cross functional meetings as required, as well as regular meetings with merchandising and finance. * Travel to the Rapha global distribution centers and suppliers as required. THE CANDIDATE The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualities; * Maximum 2 years' experience within a sourcing / production / logistics role, ideal for a recent university graduate or for a first or second job within the fashion & sportwear industry. * Detail oriented with strong follow- through. * Strong analytical skills and numerical dexterity. * Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with sizable amounts of data and learning various types of systems. * Proactive, dynamic interpersonal style, able to act between different departments in a diplomatic, non-confrontational manner. * An understanding of the Rapha product range * Equally comfortable working autonomously & responding to strict instructions. * Ideally a road cyclist, or at the very least, a love for active sports and a willingness to get involved.
