PwC Ukraine is looking for a full time enthusiastic Marketing & Communications specialist with a strong command of English. Key Responsibilities Under supervision of the Marketing Leader your main tasks will include: Public Relations * Developing key messages and following up on focus topics with mass media * Liaising with business and industry media representatives * Press releases - drafting, distribution and follow up * Interviews - advising on topics and media venues, assisting with preparation, coordinating publication * Face time with media - organising and holding press briefings * Building up relationships with business community & business organisations/associations, facilitating communications between firm's client facing staff and key business association and industry heavy hitters * Maintaining and developing social media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn) Internal Communications * Assistance with preparing and sharing information internally about firm's product offerings/ market news / wins, etc. * Assisting client facing staff with drafting of presentations and proposals Thought Leadership Publications * Monitoring global publications, relevant to the firm's lines of services / product offering / sector / industry * Advising client-facing teams on publications which may be of interest to the clients or enhance public's perception of the firm * Localising most relevant topics Client-Relationship * Building up and maintaining the firm's contact (clients/targets) databases (general, regional / industry /country/ position - related) * Building up and maintaining database with credentials, client-facing staff CVs, proposals * Developing action plan on enhancing client experience A Successful Candidate will meet the following requirements: * University Degree in Marketing/PR/Journalism/Social Sciences/Law or equivalent * A minimum of 3 years experience in communications/marketing (preferably with international companies/ organisations) * Professional services marketing background is preferable * Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications * Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach and a commitment to excellence * Computer literate with good MS Office skills * (!) Strong written skills * Fluent English, native Ukrainian and/or Russian * Ability to work under pressure * Team player and quick learner.
