Position: Recruitment Administrator Location: Enderby, Leicester Job type: Full Time, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract; (Flexible working considered) Hours: 36 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 4.45pm Salary: £18,000 per annum About the role: You'll be part of a fast paced Recruitment team dealing with a wide variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department. Responsibilities: * Conduct telephone interviews and book successful candidates onto recruitment Insight & Selection Events. * Maintain candidate and recruitment data in the relevant databases whilst confidently collating and reporting on statistical information. * Input candidate details onto the Applicant Tracking System. * Assist candidates and stakeholders by answering recruitment related queries via telephone or email. * Attend and support Insight & Selection Events at our various sites, including Doncaster. * Brief candidates about the responsibilities, salary, benefits and training of the job in question. * Support with the recruitment process for new starters, including issuing contracts. * Create, maintain and improve processes and procedures, identifying areas which can be streamlined to improve operational effectiveness. About you: * Preference will be given to candidates with previous recruitment experience. * Excellent knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft word, excel, outlook and preferably access databases. * Flexible, enthusiastic and capable of working on own initiative under pressure. * Must be able to maintain confidentiality, integrity and trust. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Capable of self-development by learning and applying new skills. * Hold a driver's license as you may be required to travel to other sites from time to time.
