About the role We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join us in supporting our HR team to manage the end to end process of our recruitment. Reporting to the Recruitment manager, you will work with the wider organisation to identify recruitment needs and plan campaigns, this will include everything from creating the advert and job description to sourcing and screening potential candidates and arranging interviews. You will ensure that we are utilising our social media platforms effectively to connect with the best talent in the market, liaising with external recruitment providers where necessary. We want somebody who can The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a recruitment setting so will have experience of the end to end process of hiring candidates and will be comfortable managing high volume campaigns. You will have excellent IT/social media skills and will have worked with the networx system (or another relevant ATS system).
