We are looking for a talented EU Program Manager Business Analytics to help manage our ever-growing data & reporting needs and support analytics of an increasingly complex business related to Workforcestaffing (WFS) across the EU. The successful candidate will be able to effectively retrieve, integrate, visualize and present critical data to improve the efficiency of WFS, and enable efficient management of a large scale hiring operation. You will work with technical and business teams to optimize planning, execution, process improvement and track progress against goals. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen and comfort with technical teams and systems. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and enjoy working with large scale of data. Main Responsibilities: Managing and participating in cross-functional business activities across several geographies in EU; Constantly challenging the status quo and proposing alternative solutions to drive the efficiency; Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data dive deeps and analytics Implementing policies and programs that guide Workforce staffing towards maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability; Partner with your team, by managing all weekly and monthly business review activities related to workforce staffing, including forecasting, planning and reporting Working with data source providers and technology teams, ensuring that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely.
