However, we are still not even close to being done. Today, less than 2% of hair and beauty is booked online - thats tiny. The Role Supporting the creation, management and measurement of timely, relevant partner communications, the B2B CRM Specialist will maximise salon engagement and retention through successful eCRM (lifecycle) campaigns. With a passion for email marketing, you are a creative problem solver with attention to detail who excels in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Youre a collaborative team player, who loves connecting with a range of departments from Marketing through to Sales and Account Management. Reporting into the Partner Lifecycle Manager, youre comfortable working with a range of tasks from planning and execution of automated journeys, to supporting our brand team for one-off sends. All maintaining the objective of building successful engagement with our salon partners. You Will * Plan, organise and execute a consistent B2B CRM plan with a focus on maximising engagement, development, retention and reactivation of salons/partners across all markets. * Support the Partner Lifecycle Manager to enhance the B2B lifecycle and execute the ideal communications and throughout their journey. * Work closely with the Salon Account Management teams to ensure the campaign process enables all salon queries to be handled smoothly and efficiently. * Monitor feedback from salon partners and internal teams and make adjustments to lifecycle communications and reduce the number of queries back to the business. * Ensure learnings form part of the feedback loop and results are communicated and consolidated for various teams (Design, Supply, and Salon Account Management). * Maintain, develop and report back on * * Weekly CRM KPIs to stakeholders, * Monthly CRM lookback & review sessions * Quarterly reviews About You * Demonstrated experience working in CRM * 1-2 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data manipulation, campaign list selections, email broadcast systems and automations. * Preferably experience with Pardot. * Strong understanding of brand values and an affinity with the Treatwell brand or online beauty industry. * Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational); highly numerate with strong cost control skills and experience. * Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
