Overview
Job Description
Systems and Processes in GSK partners with GSM, R&D and cross-functional business partners within CH and GSK Enterprise to ensure that fit-for-purpose systems, processes, training and written standards that enable the delivery of the business objectives using the CH attributes. The key purpose of this role is to drive the development and deployment of effective and just-in-time training to support the systems, processes, skills and capabilities for cross-functional stakeholders. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following... * Collaborate with Process Business Partner and Business Process Owners to develop system and process training programs, content and curricula. * Maintain training curricula requirements. * Develop and manage process to ensure appropriate training is assigned to all CDMA colleagues, including assessing curricula and capability training required as roles change and evolve, or as individuals change responsibilities. Training assignments include SOP's, ways of working training, product information (if applicable) and capability training. * Management of training budget, and ensure vendors are managed for timelines, content quality and translations. * Design and develop training programs, content and curricula with internal stakeholders and external experts to ensure delivery of high-quality training in a variety of fit-for-purpose delivery methods - in person, interactive, powerpoint, etc. Determine which programs required evaluations to ensure mastery of content. * Content examples include, but are not limited to, new hire orientation and onboarding, product/brand overviews, soft skills and capabilities, management, system instructional training and technical training relevant to roles. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: * Clinical research, medical affairs or science-based experience * Multi-market, Regional or Global experience * Proven influencing skills with Senior Stakeholders * Tech literate * 5+ years' experience in training, learning and development or equivalent. * Demonstrated project management experience * 4-6 years pharmaceutical industry and/or consumer goods industry knowledge and experience. * Experience working with vendors and outsourcing relationships. * Customer-oriented approach and ability to effectively work in cross- functional teams Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: * This role will handle a wide variety of issues with respect to R&D and Commercial training and development needs. * An ability to prioritize, plan, manage multiple important and urgent activities at the same time is essential. * This role will interact with various functions within the R&D and broader CH and GSK Enterprise organizations.
