Title: Chinese speaking Recruitment Key Account Manager Salary : £25,000- £40,000 depending on relevant recruitment experience Location : Central London Sector: International Tech recruitment VISA: Please make sure the Visa status is clearly marked on the cv . The company does not offer sponsorship. The Company Specialist recruiter to the Telecoms and IT sector. The company is very successful and focuses on just supplying contract staff from all over the world, to the IT and telecoms sector . It is doing really well at the moment , even in the current Covid world, as client companies still need experts in IT and Telecoms to join their businesses. This role is unusual as you will be managing one of the most important key client relationships in the business. Duties 90% of the IT Consultants are Chinese nationals, there is considerable management of logistics to ensure they have the necessary documentation to work overseas for the duration of their assignment; you will also support the finance team to ensure that they have valid purchase orders for all IT consultants at all times whilst in assignment. * Act as the key point of contact with this major client * Build strong working relationships with Chinese contacts across various departments within this client * Attend client meetings and complete client driven RFI's and RFQ's as appropriate * Negotiate and conclude financial and contract terms with both clients and candidates * Ensure all the documentation is accurate before the start of any temporary assignment * Ensure that you have a valid PO number ( Purchase order number ) for all assignments * Help to find candidates for assignments * Administratively support the recruitment process e.g. visa and relocation process * This is a target driven environment * Liaise and develop the Mandarin speaking candidate database/community * Undertake market research projects in Chinese Requirements * Degree educated * Previous experience in the recruitment market, preferably within telecommunication and ICT industry * Ideally have a good working understanding of Cellular Mobile communications, including but not limited to GSM, GPRS, UMTS, HSDPA, LTE and 5G Technologies * Fluent Mandarin Chinese * Full work Visa Please send the cv in WORD version to Nicole@ablrecruitment.com .
