Job Description
After a period of rapid growth, we are looking for an Integration Specialist ideally with Dell Boomi experience to join our growing team and to help us shape the future of Charlotte Tilbury. We're building an in-house Business Systems team who will create systems that support our next level global growth. At the centre of this is NetSuite ERP, a recently re-platformed global ecommerce site finance, marketing, payments, supply chain and CRM systems. As part of this team you will have the scope, capability and experience to take us from out of the box to build something you are genuinely proud of. What You'll Do * You will be responsible for creating, expanding and optimizing our integrations using Dell Boomi with internal and third-party tools, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. * The core function will be building out integration pipelines to support critical business data. * The Integrations Specialist will support our business users, development teams and data analysts on initiatives and will ensure optimal performance of the system integrations. * Oversee daily monitoring of multiple B2B and systems integration workflows * Respond to requests from external and internal customers regarding production issues and document bugs and define required changes * Assist in design and development on integration projects such as requirements gathering and working with non-technical stakeholders * Assemble integrations sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements * Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with integration-related technical issues * Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our systems The Team Reporting into the Head of Business Systems Architecture Culture of the Team We win together as a team, supporting and developing each other through our careers.
