9 - 12 months contract | Pro rata 25,000 per annum | July 2020 start | German speaker | London based Imagine you have just completed your Marketing internship, what have you achieved? Well if you join Box in the Marketing department, here are a few things: * Have a deep understanding how a Marketing team operates in a fast-growing cloud tech company * Experienced in developing b2b Marketing Campaigns that engage, increase awareness and drive demand * Being a key member of our DACH team (both in London and Munich) you get to experience from the inside how Marketing works with other departments, such as Sales, Channel and Customer Success. * Completed numerous trainings and team off-sites. * Joined a team with a history of on-boarding Marketing interns and hiring internally into permanent employees. * Had a lot of fun along the way! Chance to get involved with our various community groups such as Box Women's Network, Green Team and Mosaic #lifeatbox What will I be doing as a Marketing Coordinator? * Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain all b2b marketing channels. * Help to communicate, coordinate and support the alignment of marketing strategies, campaigns and materials across the DACH Team * Driving and coordinating industry and box events in close partnership with the sales team * Assisting in the preparation and execution of marketing programs and tactics such as social media, direct mail, tele marketing and web * Supporting partner marketing programs(webinars, events, etc.) * Analyzing and measuring the impact of campaigns and programs, collecting and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data for reporting to the leadership team * Supporting the wider EMEA marketing team in daily administrative tasks * Managing and updating the company database and customer relationship management systems (Salesforce CRM) What is Box looking for? * Communication: you have excellent written and oral English AND German skills and are a strong relationship builder through f2f / video / phone. * Creative: Ability to present fresh ideas. You enjoy problem solving and devising innovative solutions. * Studies and expertise: Marketing / Business studies related it is preferred.
