Job Description

I am seeking a Data Engineer for a young and ambitious Biopharma company focused on the development of personalised therapies for the treatment of cancer. They are looking for a data engineer able to support data management, reporting and analytical capabilities within their translational science division. Desirable Experience * Prior experience as a software or data engineer * Experience working with large and heterogenuous datasets * Experience in R or Python * Experience in a Linux command-line environment, Git version control and containerisation e.g. Docker * Strong communication skills and ability to work within a mutlidisciplinary team How will you be a success? * Apply knowledge and coding experience, and best practice, to create and maintain large datasets * Support the automation of the data and analysis pipeline * Learn and apply new languages and frameworks when required You like to work in an environment where you can: This is a unique opportunity to join a company in an exciting start-up phase that has the potential to transform the clinical management of cancer.
