Liaisingwith the account management team and other key stakeholders, this individual is confident and articulate and able to interface at all levels. Responsible for supporting the day to day service delivery by ensuring all activities are carried out to a high standard by all members of staff Excellent attention to detail required to ensure that all relevant records and sitedocumentation is up to date, maintained and auditable at any time. Ability to build close working relationship with the various stakeholders including a localsite manager and site personnel Achieve toolbox talks target within set deadlines Demonstrating proactive security awareness at the site, promoting new ideas Training new officers in all aspects of security duties, training existing officers in new initiatives and practices - Work in conjunction and support senior/account managers to maintain site training documentation Work in conjunction and support senior/account managers to keep establishment documentation up to date Work in conjunction and support senior/account managers to ensure patrol monitoring is conducted Draw up monthly schedule of toolbox talks and deliver to all members of the team Work in conjunction with senior/account manager to ensure that officers are completing all necessary paperwork - this includes key distribution, DOB entries, patrol checks lists, incident reports etc Daily monitoring of shift handovers and reporting to Senior/Account Management any faults or incidents recorded Complete monthly night visits to conduct welfare checks De-brief the team on any necessary activities Attend monthly review meetings in place of account manager when required Qualifications - Full driving licence and use of car - Supervisory experience in the security industry - SIA licence Good numeracy skills Good Literacy skills Health and safety awareness HR Awareness Commercial awareness Problem solving ability Customer care/relationship building skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Computer literate Additional Information Health and Safety responsibilities Ensure that all staff comply with the Statutory / Company and VSG/MITIE Group requirements, including the Private Security Industry Act 2001 Maintain / promote company vision and values Co-ordinate the workload within the business, liaising with senior staff to ensure targets are achieved.
