Private Client - Tax Specialist A new and exciting role with an exceptional and flexible package. Lodders Solicitors LLP is now recruiting for a Private Client Tax Specialist - a rare opportunity to work alongside a team of highly respected lawyers, experts in their field, based in Stratford upon Avon. We are a fiercely independent law firm with one of the largest private client teams in the region. Many of our team are part of the Legal 500 and well known throughout the area having built up a strong client base through several decades of quality service. Applications are invited from individuals who have an interest in tax and are willing to work in a team both on their own matters and supporting others. Business development is not essential, but we would expect at least 10 yrs PQE Solicitor. Ideally you would be STEP qualified and have detailed knowledge and experience of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax and stamp duty land tax. You will be a senior member of the team with a real potential to progress further. On a day to day basis this role would also provide support to the wider team covering areas relating to estate and tax planning, trust administration and probate. supervise junior members of the team based in Stratford you must be able to travel to our other offices on occasions.
