Job Description

We are looking for Sales Executives who are independently-minded and ready to use their life skills and abilities in a modern, streamlined and results-based company. Our ideal candidate will be extroverted, confident and social, with strong interpersonal skills and an excellent command of social and traditional media. Experience with content creation and audience engagement is a plus. This is a commission-based role - successful candidates will be working with a company that provides the best in industry solutions at an excellent price to an expanding market. You will choose your own hours to work and be paid a direct percentage of every product you sell. All training materials, products and sales collateral will be provided by the company: all you have to do is introduce new customers to our products. Because of this structure, we particularly welcome applications from students, stay at home parents and others with more flexible schedules. Job Responsibilities - Locate, target and develop new customers using modern, media-based methods. - Match the needs of each customer with our selected list of products. - Sell our Solutions directly to customers. - Promote the company positively using provided marketing materials and your own ideas. Skills and Experience Required - A confident, outgoing personality that enjoys engaging and interacting with people. - Excellent written communication, for an audience and individuals. - Motivated by bonuses and direct financial rewards. - An understanding of formal educational systems is desirable but not essential. We are looking to hire Sales Executives beginning May 2019. Our sales cycle runs from September-May to coincide with the school year, and we use the summer to update our products and secure pre-orders. As pre-ordered products are highly discounted, this is the best time to bring in new customers and thus we want to hire new staff as soon as possible.
