2nd Line Support Engineer Chester £30,000 ShortList Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to work within a technical support team based near Chester. This position is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Engineer who is looking to join a busy and exciting fast-paced environment. Skills required for the 2nd Line Support Engineer role: * AD * MS Exchange * Office 365 * Windows 10 * HyperV * Network fault finding and diagnostics * Network cabling and patching * VOIP * Experience with backup technologies * DNS * DHCP * Network Troubleshooting The working hours for the 2nd Line Support Engineer are 8:30 to 5:30, Monday to Friday and a company vehicle will be provided if any client visits are necessary. Out of hours work and shift work is not required. The role will be fully remote while Covid-19 restrictions are in place. Interviews will be conducted via video link. The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will receive a competitive salary of upto £30,000 DOE.
