Job Description

The Customer Services Representative role is responsible for the account management of their allocated customer portfolio against set service and revenue targets and in conjunction with the responsible Business Development Manager. Responsibilities: - Processing and management of all incoming customer orders, requests for information or new product sourcing, delivery discrepancies and credits. - Proactive account management of key customers alongside the Business Development team to increase customer satisfaction, revenue and profitability. - Resolving delivery discrepancies and issuing customer credits and returns and dealing with customer complaints. - Delivery of a high quality customer service and proactive management of customer feedback. - Maintain accuracy of all sales order related information within the company systems. - Communication with Procurement, Finance and Operations regarding supply, credit and delivery issues. - Maintenance of customer data within company systems and databases. About you: - Educated to A Level standard with GCSEs Grade C passes, to include English & Maths or equivalent. - Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. - Minimum of 2 years' experience within sales orientated customer service environments. - High level of computer literacy, to include all main Microsoft Office packages. - Ability to work under pressure; and to tight schedules. - Strong organisational and administration skills.
