Job Description
Bush & Co is the largest and fastest growing provider of case management, rehabilitation and expert witness services in the UK. For over 30 years we have provided a service to injured people, to solicitors and to insurance companies. We specialise in catastrophic and serious injury cases. Due to continued growth within our vocational service we're looking for a vocational professional with an extensive background in working with clients who have sustained a catastrophic injury such as acquired brain injury, birth injury or spinal cord injury. The Vocational Case Manager will assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate vocational rehabilitation programmes. They work in a client centred way agreeing SMART goals and use creativity, initiative and problem-solving skills to meet a client's individual vocational needs. The role is varied, challenging and very rewarding. Experience of report writing is also essential and the ability to undertake a full range of vocational assessments is highly desirable.
