About the job * We're looking for a practical problem solver with experience in Operations to join our UK team and improve things for ourselves and our customers * This person will work on key strategic operational projects to develop our operations as well as projects to improve operational processes and procedures, setting HelloFresh up to better serve our customers * This role sits within the UK Transformation team, a cross-functional team responsible for key topics such as customer retention and sustainability, whilst also leading on strategic projects which have a large impact across the business What you will be doing: * Use analytics and business data to perform data-driven decisions * Ideating, scoping and leading projects that expand our operations or improve our way of operating, from inbound supply chain all the way through production to logistics * Interacting with multiple senior stakeholders across the business, acting as a change champion to drive specific priorities * Gathering best practice from International HelloFresh geographies and external organisations and developing project plans to implement in the UK operation * Assisting the broader Transformation team with certain high-priority projects, touching all aspects of the business from Product design through to strategic planning Who you are: * High level of professional experience in a high performance and culture environment (consulting would be ideal) * Strong experience of working in an operational role in a retail / consumer goods / logistics business - ideally in Supply chain, Production / Manufacturing or Logistics * Excellent project management competencies including a proven track record of successful operational transformation projects * Excellent ability to influence key stakeholders, work cross-functionally and autonomously * Strong analytical skills including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format * Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal What you will get in return: * The unique opportunity to get into one of the most intellectually demanding roles at one of the largest technology companies to come out of Europe * Direct, high impact on our future operating model from day 1 * High exposure to UK and global top-management * A young, energetic and extremely dynamic environment * Competitive compensation and plenty of room for personal growth * Great international exposure and team atmosphere * Work in a modern, spacious office in the heart of London * 70% discount on HelloFresh boxes * Access to our many employee perks including breakfast daily, weekly team lunches and fantastic social activities Start date: July 2020 Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London
