Coach (Multiple Opportunities) Gymfinity Kids is the UK's first quality Gymnastic & Ninja Zone offering fun and exciting activities for babies to children aged 16 years. Our goal is to inspire children to keep fit, improve their health, strength and wellbeing, but above all to have fun. Gymfinity Kids opened their very first club in 2017 and we are excited to announce the opening of our 4th national site in Farnborough. We are currently recruiting for a brand-new opening team to set up the site in your local area. We are recruiting for experienced Management, Sales and administration and most importantly Coaching team members. Position: Coach Location: Reading Job Type: Full Time and Part Time, Permanent Hours: 2 - 20 hours per week Salary: Up to £12 per hour About the role: The role of the Coach is to lead and develop participant groups, delivering fun, safe and inclusive gymnastics / Ninja sessions, adapting your approach to individual needs. You don't have to be a qualified Gymnast to work for us, we will put you through your qualifications. What we do ask is that you are eager to learn, that you are driven to succeed, and you want to work as part of a team that gives the very best in customer service. Responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures written in the Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Handbook are adhered to - Plan and deliver fun and safe Gymnastics / Ninja sessions, helping all participants reach their potential and learning goals - Support and contribute in developing class or session delivery and structure - Liaise with parents in a professional and friendly manner - Work as part of a team, providing guidance and support to all team members - Identify training needs and development for yourself or the team - Deliver outstanding customer service at all times to both members and prospects - Maintain cleanliness of the facilities for a great customer experience - Participate and contribute to regular staff meetings - Support in conducting weekly club safety checks and report all defects that you are not able to rectify - Help to create an environment where all employees enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the club and business as a whole - Support the delivery of the sales plans to advertise and promote the club to increase membership and revenue (This may include (but not limited to) outreach events, door2door, hand2hand as well as in club events) - Contribute to the achievement of monthly sales / Net gain target - Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects / meetings, which may be required from time to time About you: - Previous coaching experience - Knowledge or experience with gymnastics or parkour is preferred but not essential - Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others - To enjoy working with and developing children - Confidence leading small and large groups - Confidence liaising with parents and members - Excellent customer service skills - The desire to learn and develop within the role - Available to work evenings and weekends You may have experience of the following: Coach, Coaching, Gymnastics Coach, Gymnastics, Teaching, PE Teacher, Sports Coaching, Sports Coach, Childcare, Child Development, Customer Service etc
