Responsible for coordinating tactical marketing requests from the sales team and working with the Humanscale Healthcare marketing team to fulfill those requests. Responsible for correctly archiving all Humanscale Healthcare marketing materials. Support the Product & Strategy Managers in executing strategic, longer term marketing projects. Support the Experiential Marketing Manager in planning Trade Shows and events including planning, organization, managing vendors and working with internal team to communicate plans for show and any challenges that arise. Some travel may be required. The successful applicant will need to be a self-starter, enjoy a fast pace, and can project manage many overlapping tasks and deadlines. The successful applicant will need to be highly organized and to be able to adapt to already existing internal management systems of Humanscale Healthcare. The successful application must become familiar with all company products and services in order to promote their features and benefits to the best advantage. + Receive incoming marketing requests from sales team, prioritize and set expectations + Work cross-functionally to gather required information to fulfil the request + Brief graphic designer or other team members as appropriate to create deliverables + Keep requestor up to date through out the process, ensure satisfaction when deliverables are handed off + Archive completed marketing materials + During shows and events, provide support when required to Experiential Marketing Manager + Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. + 5+ years of experience in a marketing support role. + Highly proficient using Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Sharepoint and similar is preferred. + Experience with Bynder or a similar digital asset management system is preferred. + Experience publishing on social media and updating websites is preferred. + Knowledge of and some experience with industry standard design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred. + Demonstrated organizational skills and an ability to multitask - candidates will be asked to give detailed examples of this skill and their experience exhibiting it. + Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential - writing samples will be requested. The ability to write copy suitable for use in marketing materials is preferred. + Since this role has global responsibilities this position is open to applicants based in New York, USA and London, UK. Exceptional remote worker applicants based within day trip distance of these locations will also be considered.
