Job Description
Data and Reporting Team Lead £40,000 Crewe ShortList Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Data and Reporting Team Lead to join a market-leading client based in Crewe. Reporting to the Head of Ops, the Data and Reporting Team Lead will be primarily responsible for designing the reporting and insights operating model. The successful candidate will use data to manage customers needs, both internal and external. The Data and Reporting Team Lead will also be responsible for the management of a small team and will liaise with the Group Data Team. Essential Skills for the Data and Reporting Team Lead: * Data delivery via Tableau * Deliver BI service across the complete information life-cycle * MS-SQL and SQL Server * VBA * Excellent people skills * Strong management skills and liaising with senior stakeholders * Knowledge of database structures, schemas and architectures The Data and Reporting Team Lead role is perfect for a motivated individual who has excellent customer service skills and is ready to get stuck into a new exciting challenge. In return, the successful Data and Reporting Team Lead will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000 (DOE) and an excellent benefits package.
