Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial contracts officer / manager. This person will be responsible for the management of £Multimillion contracts for passenger connectivity services with airlines and partners. You will work closely with sales and service delivery teams to ensure that contract obligations are understood and met on both sides, change requests are handled correctly and revenue is collected. The Role * Manage own contracts portfolio * Primary customer point of contact for contractual matters relating to the sale of our products and air time services to the Aviation sector * Hold regular meetings with customers to chart progress against contractual commitments * Manage change orders and service orders as required under contract portfolio * Oversight of billing, invoicing and collections for contract portfolio * Primary internal contact for contractual matters relating to contract portfolio * Work with contracts department to draft contracts for new business * Draft new and revised clauses reflecting commercial arrangements in customer agreements * Take a dynamic role in business projects from initiation to completion; assess and address all contract-related issues with internal stakeholders * Other commercial work as directed by line manager. To Apply * Graduate level or with equivalent professional experience, with at least 5 years' experience in a commercial role; * Fluent in written and spoken English * Extensive knowledge of commercial contracting * Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers globally * Ability to read contracts quickly * Good time management and workload management skills * Strong negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders and customers * Good team player; strong interpersonal skills; autonomous and self-motivated * Organised and efficient; proven accuracy and attention to detail. * Experience working in multinational organisation * Experience of satellite communications technology * Airlines experience desirable but not essential
