IT Support Engineer Chester £25,000 ShortList Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a market-leading business based in Chester. Our client is currently going through a period of growth and is looking to strengthen their IT Support Team. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for logging and managing service requests, monitoring and test backups and also troubleshooting issues. Key skills for the IT Support Engineer role: * AD * Networking * VMware * Windows Desktop * Hardware experience with PCs/Mobiles/Laptops * MS Excel/Word experience The right IT Support Engineer will be a highly motivated individual who has great communication and problem-solving skills. In return, you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 plus excellent benefits including a great pension. The IT Support Engineer role is based in Chester and is commutable from Birkenhead, Chester, Crewe, Northwich, Liverpool, Warrington and Wrexham.
