Seneca Bridge Resource Partners are a specialist provider of recruitment solutions tailored specifically for each individual client's business. Implementing a unique partnership model, we can minimise cost, maximise return on investment and provide tangible long-term benefits to our clients and our Recruitment Resourcers. In contrast to typical agencies we act as an extension of a business's HR / Recruitment function rather than as a transactional supplier and combine a range of solutions designed to maximise market presence and support our client's positions as the employer of choice within their respective markets. As a result of our continued success we are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join us, who will work in close partnership with specific client account managing a managed service with one of our busiest clients recruiting, managing and maintaining 150-200 temporary workers per annum. All our recruiters concentrate purely on delivery of recruitment projects for our clients. There is NO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT involved. The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment background whether that be traditional agency, in-house, RPO or onsite recruitment, however we are a very open-minded business and will consider applications from all backgrounds. What is important however is experience dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a genuine desire to build a long term career within a business that has a genuine point of interest. What will you be doing: * You will be an ambassador for our and the clients company values * Take ownership of the candidates experience within your recruitment campaign * Work in partnership with your hiring managers to achieve their recruitment vision and / or needs in the short and long term * Use proactive and reactive recruitment techniques to source and assess your candidates * Use effective questioning to screen and evaluate * Manage your campaign based on core service level agreements * Work with the other recruitment resourcers, recruitment consultants and account managers according to the particular campaigns needs. What will you receive to enable your success: * You will be supported with the best systems including a fully integrated CRM and ATS system, along with Video interviewing capabilities and advertising across multiple platforms and other candidate sourcing avenues and much more * We are a collaborative team who share ideas and support in your day to day recruitment strategy but you also have a large amount of autonomy in managing your account and/or project * We are based in large modern open plan offices in Chester City Centre, with excellent facilities and you can enjoy a stroll around the shops or a walk along the river in your lunch break In return for your hard work, working Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm (we believe in work/life balance) you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, profit share commission scheme, excellent benefits, a flexible culture and ongoing career development opportunities.
