About the Role: As Head of Marketing and Communications, you will serving the needs of a publicly listed, small cap global company that is a leading player in the mobile payments and mobile identity space. Working across our various business lines, you will be expected to deliver both customer targeted sales materials as well as brand building / lead generating content to support a sustainable and scalable high-growth enterprise business. By partnering closely with Product Management & Business Development, you will establish a continuous feedback loop (encompassing customer input, market trends, and competitive factors) to create the sales messaging, marketing strategy, and corporate branding needed to help the company meet its sales and revenue targets. You will: Provide sales support primarily through account based marketing, sales presentations, and crafting RFP responses. For account based marketing campaigns, develop targeted messaging and content that fits the audience persona and buyer journeys and manifest them in creative ways across the right marketing tactics and programs. Work with product managers and creative professionals to develop content such as blogs, whitepapers, product videos/demos, infographics, customer case studies & testimonials, etc. Direct or coordinate all external communications including but not limited to social media broadcasts, press releases, media engagements, website content, newsletters, and investor communications. Work with an event manager to amplify company branding, thought leadership, and sales messaging through industry events and company organized events. Develop sales messaging for Boku's mobile payments and identity verification, based on a deep understanding of customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop a strong company brand by directing its public facing interactions and thought leadership activities. Qualifications: Exceptional B2B marketing and communications experience preferably in a high growth, startup environment Self-starter who can direct budget and resources while also functioning as a strong individual contributor Experience or knowledge around mobile payments and identity preferred but not required Experience communicating messages through a variety of assets such as slideware, copywriting, infographics, slideware, demos, videos, press releases, research reports, etc. Ability to conduct and/or analyse market research to better understand trends that impact the business and therefore shape the positioning and messaging around our solutions. An analytical mindset to understand the technology behind both the customer need and the solution but be able to communicate in ways where the audience will not require deep technical understanding to appreciate the message.
