Job Description
CMA has been requested to source an HR Advisor to join a small team within an established business based just outside of Havant, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking to develop their career, partnering with the business and full mentoring from the Head of HR. What will the role involve? * Working and supporting line managers on the use of policies, procedures and other HR processes. * Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with legislative changes. * Supporting employee initiatives around wellbeing, engagement and communication. * Working with Business Managers on the full recruitment life cycle ensuring relevant legislation and process is followed. Suitable Candidate: * CIPD qualification ideally level 5 or equivalent. * Methodical and good attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential. * Proactive, analytical, influential and enthusiastic.
