Overview

We have a great opportunity for an experienced 2 x HR Advisor to join a busy HR team on 18 months & Permanent We are looking for 2 x experienced HR Advisors to work alongside a HR Business Partners to create and implement a service which is customer focused, highly credible and efficient. You will be supporting the HR BP with a range of generalist HR services including employer relations case work,such as grievance, disciplinary, absence and performance. You will also be involved in a range of projects covering pay and reward, digital HR systems, cultural change, recruitment, employee engagement, and building skills and capacity across the organisation. You will be delivering front line services to managers across the organisation. Candidates We are looking for 2 x highly organised and experienced HR Advisors who can create pragmatic solutions and offer sound HR advice. Ideally you will be fully CIPD ideally qualified level 7 or substantial demonstrate previous HR Advisory experience, A good knowledge of employment law and the ability to manage employee relations cases, A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and awareness of organisational development and cultural change principles. You will work as part of a busy team and work across a professional business unit.
