Good person centred Care isn't a 9-5 thing, its life and people and real and the requirement for assistance and support may involve helping on a morning or an evening or at a weekend so you need to be regularly and reliably available over a mix of those time slots. Qualifications: You must be - kind, RELIABLE, flexible (times of your availability and where you will travel to locally). Did we say reliable - honestly if you aren't, please do not apply! The right attitude (Can Do!) is completely key. You need a listening ear - our clients often like to chat, please be comfortable with good conversation and something of interest to say. Everything else - we will teach you. We have a Princess Royal Training Award so we are good at training!
