She's an interface for the 99% - an AI assistant defining a new category, one that goes beyond saving up to actually changing how we feel about our finances. Through chat, she provides you with deep insights about your money, while suggesting personalised financial products that increase your ability to save. It also means dropping the BS. Cleo is radically different from the norm and we're looking for an exceptional VP of Product to drive our vision forward. In 5 years Cleo should be so intelligent, so engaging, that the relationship you have is unlike anything that's come before. Watch this to dive a little deeper What You'll Do As VP of Product, you'll be leading product strategy, product development, and a team of talented product managers currently directing four squads. Reporting directly to the CEO this is an important role in the company. Day to Day: * Play the orchestra. Collaborate across the business to set and deliver a clear, cohesive product strategy * Lead and mentor our four PMs to run lean and deliver mean * Set clear goals and key results with leadership and the business at large. Regularly check in on progress, learn, adjust, then learn some more. * Help your squads take risks. Get them to test hypothesize and break it all down into smaller steps. * Build a world class product management function, supporting hiring and the development of the team (obvi) * Reduce dependencies, remove blockers and align stakeholders. Apply If * You've lead multiple product teams at a leading venture backed B2C startup before * You're a compassionate manager that knows how to grow talent and get the most out of your teams * You have proven communication skills and exceptional clarity of thought. You're able to distil complexity and deliver simplicity. Again and again. * You're a doer - you get energy from moving the product and company forward. * You know when to employ different approaches to product management, and can balance lean-style MVP experimental work with focused iteration. * You're data literate and comfortable making decisions with data. Ideally technical enough to understand the basics of machine learning and statistical analysis. And if not, you're at least able to ask the right questions and direct teams towards setting, understanding and integrating KPIs. What do you get for all your hard work?
