Job Description

Duties + Working as part of the Music Publishing Partnerships as general support for the Music Publishing international Business Development team. + Devolop educational information and FAQs for music publishing partners for use of Facebook?s internal music publishing rights management system + Develop marketing and educational communication plan for publishing partners internationally + Event planning and execution + Review reports containing music publishing data and send to music publishing partners + Assist with publishing partner queries on Facebook products + Analyze data deliveries from music publishers to identify potential areas of optimization, including delivery of additional identifiers such as ISRCs and ISWCs - Catalogue Completeness checks + Investigate publisher data issues including ownership conflicts and manual claiming issues + Work cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., the Music Operations team) to review music publishing data + Work with internal finance team to make timely payments to partners + Ad Hoc team support function for admin Skills + 2+ years digital music experience specific to music publishing rights + Experience working with Musical compositions rights holders, Collection Societies and with musical composition data + Ability to work cross functionally + Ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment
