Job Description
Were a small, fast-paced, friendly team solving the biggest problem facing small businesses - cashflow. Using AI and Machine Learning, we provide real-time forecasting software that really helps small businesses and their accountants be more confident in their decisions, and allows business owners to sleep better at night. We were listed in the Fintech 50 2019, won a 5m Capability and Innovation Fund, and lots of awards. We are now recruiting to step up our retention and growth amongst small businesses. Were looking for a marketeer with experience and a passion for CRM and marketing automation first and foremost. This role will involve and grow into other channels and marketing activity too - if youve managed paid channels before, then thats a bonus. Your background could be B2B or B2C, but above all, you need a willingness and ability to learn and execute new things. Where youll have an impact: * Engaging, retaining and monetising SMEs using our cashflow web app * Acquiring customers for our SME cashflow app and business funding proposition Requirements To be successful in this role, you need: * Experience building, deploying and reporting on email campaigns (including automation) using marketing tools such as HubSpot * To brief copywriters and designers (and produce your own content at times) * To know how to segment audiences and understand the importance of maintaining clean, useful CRM data * Excel competency * The ability to report on campaigns across multiple channels and identify key insights * Experience with web analytics and landing pages (GA and html skills a plus) * Nice-to-have: experience managing paid campaigns (PPC, paid social etc) Qualities: * A willingness and ability to learn * A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach * Comfortable with changing priorities and not always having complete information * Collaborative working style and a good communicator * Motivated by working at a purpose and values-led company * Highly organised with a flexible approach to working Benefits Equity.
